Live Fraglia Vela + Meteotrentino + Open-Meteo forecast. Bias locale v1 disponibile (7 mesi MeteoProject backfill, 5270 coppie, classificate Peler/Ora/Calma/Altro). Correzione additive applicata per-regime solo quando n≥50 pair — stato effettivo per l'ora corrente visibile sopra la tabella Nowcast. LSTM v4 attivo su orizzonti estesi +1h..+24h (v3-F1F3 + gradiente termico valle-lago Dro/Arco−Torbole + gate sinottico geostrofico MSLP; target MalcesineNord; fallback v3/v1 se le feature live mancano). La history osservata viene da snapshot orari (HTML-scrape, source=meteoproject/type=snapshot): la CSV upstream (stazioni.meteoproject.it/dati/malcesine/csv.php) è in blackout portale-wide da fine aprile, e viene bypassata. La direzione non è presente in quegli snapshot, quindi la sequenza usa la direzione dal forecast. v1/v2 restano come fallback. Trattate come beta, non strumento validato in attesa di MAE stabile su ≥12 mesi di live operation.
